Where the platform runs

Exercises are the shop window. The platform is the product. What matters is not any single event, it is that the platform kept running after each one ended.

Crucible 2-26 scaled the December proof by more than double: four live nodes (Riihimäki as the C2 hub, plus Joensuu, Oulu and Turku) connected into one live multi-cell picture, with around 40 capabilities onboarded from companies including Nokia, Telia, Patria, Kuva Space and Kelluu, across ten days of continuous live operations. A permanent connection to NCIA in The Hague is now live. We work alongside NATO ACT, NCIA and MITRE on the C2 and interoperability line of effort.

DEFINE Accelerator

We are the permanent platform partner for the DEFINE Accelerator across all future batches. Every cohort company connects through the platform as the standard data and AI layer reaching NATO C2, which deepens the connector library with each onboarding.

Borderland Europe

We are the platform partner for the EU's digital border security living lab in North Karelia, operated by Business Joensuu, on the EU's longest external land border. Focus areas include digital surveillance, AI and data, photonics and sensors, cybersecurity and mobility and logistics. This is also our route to into EU border security.

The flywheel

NATO exercises prove the platform. Accelerator cohorts and onboarded companies grow the connector library. Borderland Europe extends the footprint into EU border security. Each one feeds the others.
