A paid operator role at Defence related exercises and ecosystem events. Customer funded validation.

The moat
The connector library is validated and grows with every company onboarded. Permanent roles, including the live link to NCIA in The Hague, bridge the gap between exercises rather than resetting at the end of each one. Once installed at a command node, the platform becomes the standard and grows with the network around it.
The risk, stated honestly
The conversion risk is turning the proven exercise operator role into NATO framework contracts. That is exactly what this round funds. It is how we measure it.
