Real time awareness
Sensor data reaching the fabric updates the operational picture as it arrives. The picture does not wait for a nightly batch job or a scheduled report.
Multi site operation
Edge nodes at forward or exercise sites sync to a sovereign hub over 5G and NTN links. Multiple sites can operate against the same picture at once.
Degraded and contested links
Under contested or intermittent connectivity, edge nodes queue data locally and reconcile when the link returns. Under GPS denial, positioning degrades gracefully rather than failing the whole picture.
What "live" means here
Live means the picture reflects the fabric's current state, not a snapshot from the last time someone ran a report. It stays that way whether or not an exercise is currently in progress, which is the actual point.
Identity and access make multinational work possible
None of this works across a multinational force without an audited access model. Role based access under NATO protocols is what lets companies and personnel from different nations work against the same picture without any one party seeing more than their role allows.
